Aesthetic Reconstruction of Front Teeth

This is a standard procedure. However, it does not always deliver an ideal aesthetic result in the smile zone and involves the loss of a natural tooth.

Our Approach

We do not work according to templates. Each case is evaluated with an emphasis on tissue preservation and a natural result.

Solution

We decided to preserve the tooth. The tooth was restored using a fiberglass post, with emphasis on precise control of anatomy, load distribution, and position within the gum.

The aesthetic aspect was addressed comprehensively.

The two central teeth were restored with E.max crowns with an individualized shape and color.
The lateral incisors were created using refractory technology without preparation. The natural tissues were preserved.

Final accent

The front tooth has been destroyed below the gum level. In common practice, such cases are considered an indication for extraction with subsequent implantation.
